If you decide to change to another network you can still keep your existing number as long as you are out of contract. You can call your current network and simply request your PAC code, which you will receive in approximately 48 hours. Once you have the code give it to us and we will arrange all the other details for you. Back to Top
All tariff charges and monthly bills should be paid to your network provider through the means given in your mobile package. Information on how and when to pay your bill will be discussed when completing any tariff contract. All tariffs include full terms and conditions of the networks service and terms of use. If the handset you receive is faulty please call your network provider to arrange for a replacement. During the process of setting up your business contract we will also discuss the exact options available to you through the mobile package you have chosen. Any additional information needed with regards to faulty or damaged handsets including insurance options are available here at ITMB.
